Job summary
A leading renewable energy company in Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor with experience in PV solar farm construction. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical or Civil Engineering and at least one full cycle completion of a large-scale PV solar project. Responsibilities include supervising site works, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Interested candidates who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 PV solar farm project full cycle completion or 2 years experience in PV Large Scale Solar Farm construction.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Responsible for adhering to safety standards at the worksite.

- Direct supervision of site works and on-site management of sub-contractors.
- Conduct site evaluation and report status to project manager/engineer.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environment policies.

- Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

- Communicate plans and ensure the timeline is met.
- Conduct site evaluation of the project installation, and report status and issues to respective project manager/engineer.
- Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities are recorded.
- Check and verify installation matches design drawings and raise non-conformances.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment policies and procedures.
- Make certain all safety requirements are always adhered to at the worksite.
- Oversee the project from beginning to the end as per assigned by the superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Electrical/Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 1 PV solar farm (Large Scale) project full cycle completion from Project Initiation, Execution, Close-up or 2 years experience in PV Large Scale Solar Farm construction will be an advantage.
- Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and documentation.
- Project site-based.
- Responsible for technical and engineering aspects, sense of Quality, and Safety requirements in the industries.
- Direct supervision of site works with the ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
