A property development company in Selangor is seeking an experienced property sales professional to promote and sell residential and commercial units. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, preparing sales proposals, and guiding buyers through the booking and loan application processes. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in real estate, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work on weekends and attend sales events is required.
Promote and sell residential and commercial units under the company’s property development projects
Attend to walk-in, phone and online inquiries, providing professional consultation and property information to potential buyers
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations and relevant documentation
Maintain close follow-up with prospects and existing purchasers to ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
Guide buyers through booking, loan application, ,and signing of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA)
Assist in planning and implementing project marketing strategies, campaigns and launches
Coordinate advertising, promotional activities, property roadshows, exhibitions, and events
Manage and update marketing materials including brochures, project models, social media postings and digital content
Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies to support positioning of the company’s developments.
Collaborate with marketing agencies, media and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness
Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term relationship with purchasers
Assist in resolving customer feedback, complaints and issues professionally
Liaise with team members and internal teams (Credit Control, Project and Customer Service to ensure smooth handover processes
Ensure all sales & marketing activities comply with legal, regulatory and safety requirements
Support audits and risk management process related to sales & marketing
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management reviews
Maintain accurate customer database and sales records in CRM systems and Sales systems
Support budget planning, campaign costing and monitoring of marketing expenses
Perform ad hoc task
Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in property sales, marketing or real estate.
Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Strong knowledge of the property development industry, including sales processes, loan applications and SPA Procedures
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to digital marketing tools and CRM systems is an added advantage
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and attend sales events when required
