Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting tasks including AP, AR, invoicing, and data entry.
• Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and financial documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
• Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping of accounting documents.
• Support SST documentation and submissions.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on accounting matters.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
