  • Health and Safety: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen.
  • Kitchen Support: Follow instructions from kitchen staff and assist with preparation tasks before service.
  • Compliance: Comply with food safety regulations and all relevant licensing requirements.
