The UX/UI Designer will focus on designing aesthetically pleasing interfaces that are user-friendly and optimized for conversion. This role involves understanding user behaviors, aligning designs with user expectations, and seamlessly integrating all elements of user experience to create cohesive, intuitive, and engaging digital experiences.

Report line: Head of department.

Main functions

• Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.
• Design visual elements such as layouts, typography, and user interface elements.

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop user personas and scenarios to tailor designs to meet the needs of target users.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to outline the structure and navigation of the applications.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes and mockups that showcase the design's intent.
• Ensure that the visual design communicates the desired message and functions successfully for varying technical and performance specifications.
• Work closely with product teams and developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented.
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive‑level stakeholders.
• Provide design feedback and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and test results to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure all designs and interfaces communicate consistent, effective experiences and messages across all platforms.
• Maintain a style guide that can be used as a reference for the development team.
