Job summary
A corporate service provider is seeking a Corporate Secretarial Manager to lead the corporate secretarial function and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, overseeing a team, and ensuring high-quality corporate secretarial services. - 5+ years of relevant corporate secretarial or accounting experience is a plus.
