About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven E-Commerce Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of Amazon-native ecommerce brands. You will report directly to the Brand Director and play a critical role in maintaining the operational rhythm of the business — from reporting and catalogue management to inventory tracking and advertising support.
This role is designed for someone who thrives in structured execution, understands how ecommerce platforms work, and is eager to build a long-term career in running and ecommerce brand successfully on online marketplaces. You’ll be the operational backbone that ensures the business runs smoothly, while gaining exposure to the strategic decision-making that drives growth.
Successful candidates will receive hands-on training and will be given opportunities to take on larger responsibilities over time — with a clear path to grow into leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
Data & Reporting
Pull and format weekly reports on revenue, ad performance, and conversion
Flag unusual performance drops and summarize for review
Fix suppressed/stranded listings
Update attributes and variations in flat files or Seller Central
Daily Ops & Account Health
Conduct daily checks on account health, stranded inventory, and listing flags
Monitor Voice of Customer, returns data, and ratings
Escalate performance or compliance warnings promptly
PPC Execution Support
Pull daily/weekly PPC reports and performance summaries
Conduct basic keyword research and negative keyword audits
Assist with campaign naming conventions, scheduling, and clean-up
Inventory Support
Track inbound shipments
Run inventory coverage and velocity reports
Admin & Coordination
Coordinate with freelancers (e.g. designers) for asset delivery
Schedule listing updates or test variations
Help document SOPs and processes
Marketplace Experience:
Experience with Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, or similar ecommerce platforms is required. Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a bonus.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables)
Working knowledge of ecommerce metrics and advertising KPIs
Comfort with keyword research and data interpretation
