Job summary
A leading provider of heavy equipment services is seeking a candidate for a governance, risk, and compliance role. Responsibilities include maintaining segregation of duty reporting, collaborating with technology teams for compliance, and supporting audits. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GRC principles, experience in risk management, and excellent communication skills. This opportunity offers a 1-year contract in a fully remote position, allowing candidates to gain hands-on experience with large-scale projects.

- Maintain SOD reporting and conduct application access reviews.
- Collaborate with technology owners to ensure access compliance.
- Support compliance audits and develop risk remediation plans.
- Educate the organization on governance, risk, and compliance.
Skills
- Maintain Segregation of Duty (SOD) reporting and conduct regular application access reviews to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technology component owners to ensure access to resources aligns with all internal, regulatory, and external business requirements.
- Identify improvement opportunities for governance, risk, and compliance standards and work with stakeholders to enhance processes.
- Support compliance audits, develop risk remediation plans, and assist in the management of Industrial IT's risk and compliance posture.
- Educate the organisation on governance, risk, and compliance, and ensure timely delivery of relevant reporting to key stakeholders.

- Strong Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): A successful candidate will have in-depth understanding of GRC principles, regulatory requirements, and Segregation of Duty (SOD) policies, with the ability to ensure compliance across IT systems and processes.
- Experience in Risk Management: The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, with a proven ability to manage risk registers and collaborate with teams to create effective remediation plans.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: The candidate will be able to engage with various stakeholders, including technology teams and senior management, to drive compliance initiatives, educate the organisation, and provide clear reporting on risk and compliance status.
- Attention to Detail and Analytical Skills: The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities to review access controls, ensure compliance with policies, and identify areas for improvement in governance frameworks.
