Job description

• Maintain Segregation of Duty (SOD) reporting and conduct regular application access reviews to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with technology component owners to ensure access to resources aligns with all internal, regulatory, and external business requirements.
• Identify improvement opportunities for governance, risk, and compliance standards and work with stakeholders to enhance processes.
• Support compliance audits, develop risk remediation plans, and assist in the management of Industrial IT's risk and compliance posture.
• Educate the organisation on governance, risk, and compliance, and ensure timely delivery of relevant reporting to key stakeholders.

• Strong Knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC): A successful candidate will have in-depth understanding of GRC principles, regulatory requirements, and Segregation of Duty (SOD) policies, with the ability to ensure compliance across IT systems and processes.
• Experience in Risk Management: The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, with a proven ability to manage risk registers and collaborate with teams to create effective remediation plans.
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: The candidate will be able to engage with various stakeholders, including technology teams and senior management, to drive compliance initiatives, educate the organisation, and provide clear reporting on risk and compliance status.
