Content Operation Support (Work from Home)

Job Description

• Be responsible for the curation of the content
• Review and classify content according to the guidelines, using specific tools and channels
• Understand and remain updated on changing policies and guidelines
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the team
• Participate in process improvement initiatives that improve quality and efficiency of work
• Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions for optimal development in the role
• Engage in conversation around socially sensitive topics with the purpose of keeping our communities safe

Job Requirements:

• BPO/Content Moderation: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, or
• Fresh Graduates: Must have at least a diploma in any field.
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress‑management skills
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of the policies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work on repetitive tasks and flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast‑paced environment

• Basic Salary: RM1700
• KPI Incentives: RM300
• Travel Allowances: RM500 (AM shift)
• Shift Allowances (PM & GY): RM400 - RM550
