• To assist doctor in all aspects of clinic operation including registration, consultation, procedures and customer service.
• To assist in clinic administration work, make sure all medical items and medication and related medical items are in stock.
• Provide excellent and follow up service towards customers & professional treatment and beauty consultation.
• Provide professional recommendations on skincare products, treatments and packages to customers.
• Arranging appointments and protect patient's privacy and maintain confidentiality.

• Positive attitude, responsible, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Passionate and interested in beauty industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
