• Familiar with social media content trends (Reels / TikTok / Shorts).
• Able to shoot and edit independently — from concept to final delivery.
• Creative, detail‑oriented, and proactive in generating new ideas.
• Bonus: Experience with graphic design or motion graphics.

Job Responsibilities

Video Shooting

• Plan and shoot short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for clients and internal campaigns.
• Capture behind‑the‑scenes, product demos, testimonials, and brand stories.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative video ideas and storyboards.
• Handle lighting, framing, and audio setup during shoots.

Video Editing

• Edit and produce high‑quality, engaging videos optimized for social media.
• Add subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and motion graphics when necessary.
• Maintain brand consistency and storytelling tone across all content.
• Stay updated with the latest video trends, music, and editing styles.

Collaboration & Content Management

• Work closely with designers and marketers to create visually cohesive campaigns.
• Manage and organize video files, equipment, and shooting schedules.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and content planning meetings.
