Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support national productivity programmes, data analysis initiatives, and cross-agency collaborations. This role offers strong career development within a government environment and is ideal for professionals with experience in analysis, operations, policy support, or project coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support planning and implementation of productivity programmes and government initiatives.
  • Perform data analysis, research, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, industries, and internal teams to ensure effective project execution.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholder meetings.
  • Drive process improvement, quality enhancement, and operational efficiency activities.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree recognized by the Government from a local higher learning institution; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with honours in a relevant field recognized by the Government; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering recognized by the Government; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting recognized by the Government; OR
  • Full membership of a Government-recognized accounting body; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting AND full membership of a Government-recognized accounting body; OR
  • Full membership with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Additional Requirements
  • MUET Band 3 or above
