We are looking for a driven and client-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and providing tailored recruitment solutions to meet their hiring needs. This is a target-driven role ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, a hunter mindset, and a passion for connecting companies with top talents.

What You'll Do
  • Client Acquisition
    • Cold calling or networking (which includes attending trade fairs, exhibitions, and events) in generating new acquisitions
    • Pitching recruitment services to potential clients
  • Account Management
    • Building a strong and a long-term business relationship with existing clients
    • Upselling or cross-selling services (e.g., contract staffing, executive search)
  • Candidate Placement
    • Working with the recruiters in matching candidates to active roles
    • Assisting the recruiters in negotiating contract terms with the client
  • Target Driven
    • Working closely with immediate Superior in achieving weekly KPI’s
    • Revenue-focused: Commissions are common
  • Branding
    • Build and maintain one’s own brand as a business development specialist in the Malaysian job market, which includes posting industry-related contents and sharing the company’s success stories on social media
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales or business development is preferred.
  • Experience liaising with international clients on recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communicator with excellent presentation, persuasive negotiations and client engagement skills.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Must possess own transport.
