A leading printing and packaging company in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in Mandarin. The candidate will manage inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional support to customers. Required qualifications include a Diploma and at least 2 years of relevant customer service experience. Benefits include annual leave, health insurance, and EPF. Responsabilités
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Process customer orders ensuring accuracy in specifications.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Provide product information and technical support to customers.
- Identify and report on customer feedback and trends.
