  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing or production industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin‑speaking clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in product specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules, while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer records, documenting interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, production, and logistics, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to printing and packaging solutions.
