Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation System Support professional to join our network operations team. In this role, you will monitor and optimize 4G/5G network performance, ensure configuration accuracy, troubleshoot network issues, and provide actionable insights to maintain and improve network KPIs. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure a high-quality mobile experience for users and handle VIP complaints effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor 4G/5G KPIs daily via OSS platforms
• Identify underperforming cells or clusters and implement KPI improvement actions
• Conduct parameter audits (PCI, TAC, NR ARFCN, neighbor relations) to maintain network consistency and accuracy
• Support drive test activities and post-processing, including KPI extraction and performance validation
• Analyze network data to troubleshoot issues like low throughput, call drops, accessibility failures, and handover problems
• Prepare daily and weekly KPI reports, optimization summaries, and parameter change logs
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of network optimization initiatives
• Handle VIP complaints and provide timely resolution

Requirements:

• Hands‑on experience in 4G/5G network optimization (Huawei preferred)
• Familiar with KPI monitoring, PAC/FAC optimization, network parameters, and OSS platforms
• Experience in handling VIP complaints and top‑worst cell optimizations
• Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience depending on the scope of responsibility
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and reporting skills
