Job description

To implement, control & manage the Township Project consisting main & local infrastructure, building, landscape, etc works to meet project completion within budgeted cost, targeted timeline and quality requirement (QLASSIC Score).

Liaising with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to monitor construction progress, resolve issues and ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Pre & post contract administration – to monitor variation works, ensure specification and Certificate of Practical Completion are in order or applicable for the works.

To manage, liaise and coordinate with Project Implementation site staff to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of the project.

Conducting regular site inspections and coordination meetings to assess project progress, identify risks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Maintain effective communication with project team members and stakeholders to provide project updates, address concerns and foster strong working relationships.

To ensure in the implementation & compliance of the company ISO assessment system. To monitor and ensure NCR are closed within the stipulated time frame.

To monitor and ensure all rectification of customers’ complaint in Defect Notification Forms are effectively carried out to customers’ expectation.

To assist HSE Department in preparation, implementation, monitoring and maintenance of Health, Safety and Environmental management system.

Level of Education: Degree In Engineering

Years of Experience: Min 5 yrs

Discipline/Related Field: Building /Civil Engineering / Project Management (Construction)

Leadership and Technical Competencies: Ability to work Independently & guide the project team to achieve the Target / Goals
