For the division of Financial Services GBU, Capgemini Malaysia we are looking for Technical Lead Java.

Must Have:

• Should have around 10 years' experience in IT.
• 8+ years of solid experience in Java,J2EE,ESB or Sterling B2B Integrator
• Expert in Java or ESQL coding
• Excellent trouble shooting skills in IIB/MQ –Message flow, Message set,MQ,ESQL mapping
• Should have basic WMQ and WMB admin skills.
• Experience in leading small team of developers

Good To Have:

• Experience in WAS, DB2 is a plus
• Experience in banking IT is a plus.

Role Scope:

The main responsibility of the role is to deliver and meet business demands within the agreed timeline and allocated budget. The person to manage various business stakeholders from IT and Businesses. He / She helps to prioritise/filter business demands based on IT capacity and capability. The role covers Malaysia only.

Responsibilities:

• Work as Tech Lead for GPP, Sterling B2B Integrator and ESB.
• Attend meeting with business for requirements gathering
• Involve in Technical design and code review activities.
• Lead technical decision discussions
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide accurate report to management.
• Should lead SIT/UAT test support activities.
• Interact with business users for SIT/UAT support and resolve technical gaps between teams.
• Review SIT/UAT/Prod deployment packages/Client (Application Installation Guide).
