Job summary
A leading tech consulting firm is seeking a part-time SAP Product Compliance Functional Consultant. This remote position requires strong expertise in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and at least 6-8 years of experience with SAP Product Compliance. The consultant will collaborate closely with logistics operations and engage with business stakeholders. Fluency in German and English is essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Product Compliance.
- Solid understanding of EHS requirements related to product compliance.
- Fluent in both German and English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the SAP Product Compliance functional consultant.
- Provide expertise around Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
- Collaborate with warehouse/logistics operations.
Skills
Role : SAP Product Compliance Functional Consultant (Part-Time, Remote)
Location : Remote (paid travel if required)
Start Date : ASAP
Contract Length : 12 months
Workload : 2 days per week
Languages : German and English required
Interview Process : 1–2 stages, starting next week
- Greenfield SAP S / 4HANA implementation
- The project is currently moving into the test phase, with a planned go-live in October 2026
- You will act as the front-end to the customer, so strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential
- Serve as the SAP Product Compliance (PC) functional consultant
- Provide expertise and support around Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), particularly product compliance
- Ensure proper handling and documentation of environmentally dangerous goods
- Support integration of SAP PC with other modules including EWM, QM, SD, and PP
- Collaborate closely with warehouse / logistics operations
- Participate in testing and validation activities during the transition to go-live
- Minimum of 6–8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Product Compliance
- Solid understanding of EHS requirements related to product compliance
- Previous experience working on SAP S / 4HANA greenfield projects is highly desirable
- Functional consulting background with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders
- Familiarity with integration touchpoints across logistics and supply chain modules
- Fluent in both German and English
