Korean Medical Interpreter (No Experience Needed – We Will Train You!)

This is a remote position.

LanguageBridge Solutions (LBS) is seeking bilingual Korean–English speakers who are passionate about languages and helping others. No prior experience is required — we offer a FREE 2‑week medical interpreter training program that will prepare you for a career in the healthcare communication field.

Upon completing the training, candidates will take a Language Assessment Test. Those who pass will have the opportunity to apply for a position as an Over‑the‑Phone (OPI) Medical Interpreter with LBS.

As a Medical Interpreter, you will play a vital role in ensuring clear and accurate communication between Korean‑speaking patients and English‑speaking healthcare providers. Your work will directly support patient care and improve access to healthcare services.

Requirements

• Bilingual/Native proficiency in Korean and English
• Korean as your mother or main language
• English level C1 or higher
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, listening, note‑taking, and memory skills
• Ability to remain professional and impartial
• Strong emotional intelligence and respect for cultural differences
• Willingness to take the Language Assessment Test after training
