Job summary
A leading renewable energy company in Johor is seeking a Senior Operations & Maintenance Engineer to oversee rooftop solar maintenance activities and lead technical projects. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards and service levels while mentoring field staff. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, 3 years of relevant experience, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role demands adherence to regulatory standards and effective coordination with internal teams.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in operations & maintenance of rooftop solar PV systems.
- Valid CIDB Green Card and Working at Height certification required.
- Strong understanding of rooftop solar PV systems and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of rooftop solar maintenance activities.
- Coordinate maintenance planning and align resources.
- Provide technical leadership in fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
