• Able to independently manage sale & purchase agreements and loan documents.

Responsibilities

• Handle Developer's project, sub-sale, loans and other Conveyancing matters.
• Prepare Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and loan documents.
• Liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies.
