A leading consumer goods company in Malaysia is looking for a Sales Executive to build and maintain dealer relationships in the mother and baby market. Responsibilities include training dealers on product features, communicating promotions, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, and be proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Own transport and willingness to travel are required.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly plans or upcoming promotions to dealers.
To communicate and train dealers on key product features, promotional campaigns and others.
To provide consistent and periodic updates to superior on current market conditions and individual dealer’s progress.
Collect market information and conduct market analysis to maintain / increase market share of the brand(s) in the pharmacy and mom & baby segments.
Assists in planning of promotional activities, organizing events and product exhibitions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company’s management.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nutrition / Dietetics or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Experience in servicing dealers in the mother and baby market is an added advantage.
Business-minded with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in English business communication, able to speak in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Johor and to other states as required.
