• Conduct daily inventory checks and report shortages.
• Collaborate with teams for efficient material transportation.

Job description

1. Responsible for the receipt and dispatch management of factory raw materials (such as zinc oxide, sulfuric acid), auxiliary materials (such as zinc powder), finished products (sulfate zinc), and equipment parts and other materials;

2. Verify the names, specifications, and quantities of materials strictly according to the documents (purchase orders, delivery notes), ensuring consistency between accounts and physical items;

3. Store materials in a standardized manner, with categorized labels (such as raw material area, finished product area, hazardous materials area), and take measures for moisture prevention, corrosion prevention, and theft prevention (suitable for the high-temperature and high-humidity environment in Malaysia);

4. Conduct daily inventory checks, record material consumption and inventory changes, and promptly report shortages (such as raw materials below the safety threshold);

5、Cooperate with the feeding position and loading/unloading team to complete material transportation and prepare warehouse data reports.
