• Ensure drivers' schedules are planned accordingly.
• Monitor quality and quantity of goods delivered.
• Plan truck maintenance schedule and appointments.
• Ensure trucks are well maintained with temperature checks.

Responsibility

• Plan, execute, and manage daily delivery of the food from the warehouse
• To ensure the drivers' schedule is planned accordingly
• Monitoring the quality and quantity of the goods delivered by Tea Garden trucks to outlets
• To plan the truck maintenance schedule and Puspakom appointment
• To plan truck trips, driver's overtime arrangement, and ad hoc trips
• To ensure trucks are well maintained with the required temperature and daily checklist by the drivers (temperature checklist & truck condition checklist)
• Arrange and assist truck maintenance schedule, calibration of the refrigerator box
• To ensure drivers follow safety procedures and truck cleanliness
• To ensure drivers cross-check the checklist upon loading, and no SKU is missing upon unloading at outlets
