A leading interior design firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Head of Design to lead a team of designers for corporate office projects. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in the corporate design environment, strong leadership skills, and excellent creative design abilities. Responsibilities include driving design proposals, mentoring the design team, and presenting to clients. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM12,000 - RM15,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a corporate environment.
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring design teams.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6-8 designers and drive creative direction.
