A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking a talented and creative interior designer to join our Design and Expansion team, who specializes in the design of coworking and office spaces. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on drawing and conceptualizing layouts, with experience in sourcing materials and furnishings as a valuable plus.
They will thrive in a fast-paced international environment, taking direction from senior visionaries and making ideas become a reality.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Drawing and Visualisation: Produce detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
  2. Space Planning: Analyse and optimise space utilisation to foster collaboration and productivity among users.
  3. Concept Development: In line with our brand guidelines and aesthetic direction, design concepts that enhance the functionality and aesthetic of our coworking spaces.
  4. Material Sourcing: Research and source furniture, fixtures, and materials that align with design concepts and budgets.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure design integrity and execution.
  6. Client Interaction: Present design proposals to clients and incorporate feedback into final designs.
  7. Trend Research: Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in coworking space design.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
  2. Experience in project management and coordination.
  3. Strong attention to detail.
  4. Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  5. 2-5 years proven experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on commercial or coworking environments.
  6. Strong drawing skills with proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  7. Knowledge of sourcing materials and furnishings is a plus.
  8. Excellent communication, business acumen, and presentation skills.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  10. Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
  11. Thrives under pressure and is solution-oriented.
  12. Personable with strong verbal and written communication.
  13. Fluent in English.
