PROJECT MANAGER (Up to RM 7,000+++ | Rewarding Career | Own Car | KL)

RM 6,000 to RM 7,000+ RM 400 Transport Allowance + Project Incentives + Performance Bonus

Project Management (ID / Construction) Experience

Own Car Required

6 Days Work Week

Our Client is a Main Contractor for Interior Fit‑out, mainly doing premium F&B, office, club house and commercial projects.

Responsibilities
  • Reports To: Project Director
  • Day to day management of the site including supervision & monitoring the site labour force & lead a team of sub-contractors to ensure the smooth execution and successful delivery of design and renovation projects carried out as scheduled
  • Ensure efficient use of manpower, equipment and materials on site
  • Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
  • Plan, schedule and keep records of materials used and the progress of jobs done on site
  • Liaise and establish rapport with clients, consultants, designers, architects, sub-contractors, suppliers, quantity surveyors and general workforce involved in project
  • Other project‑related duties as assigned by management from time to time
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years’ project management experience in Interior Design or Construction related
  • Own Car
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently & as a team
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
Other Information
  • Monday to Saturday; 9am to 6pm
  • Required to do OT due to nature of work
  • Performance Bonus
