Senior Interior Designer (Team Lead)

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring smooth communication from design to construction.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers/interns in mood boards, 3D visuals, and detailed 2D drawings.
  • Translate client needs into practical, creative, and aesthetic solutions in close collaboration with Sales & Marketing.
  • Present and refine design concepts with clients to deliver results that exceed expectations.
  • Conduct site assessments, validate specifications, and ensure precise measurements.
  • Coordinate project handovers and site briefings with the Project department and contractors.
  • Take charge of material sourcing and procurement.
  • Perform site visits for quality assurance, issue resolution, and final inspections.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in interior design, preferably with landed home/residential projects.
  • li>Leadership: Proven ability to guide, mentor, and manage a design team.
  • Language: Proficiency in Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin‑speaking clients & stakeholders).
  • Skills: Strong B2C communication and project coordination skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp.
  • Bonus: V‑Ray, Corona, Adobe Suite, MS Office.
  • Familiarity: Landed house design and on‑site management.
  • Personal: Creative flair, proactive attitude, independent working style, and reliable transport within Klang Valley.
