A leading interior design firm in Malaysia is looking for a Project Coordinator to manage the interiors project process from briefing to handover. The role requires a degree in Interior Design and a minimum of 3 years of experience in related projects. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position includes flexible working hours and premium medical coverage, with opportunities to work independently and travel as needed.
Coordinate the full interiors project process from brief to client handover
Support interior design and fit-out works, including FFE projects
Liaise with Sales, Design, Production, Operations, and external vendors
Assist Project Managers / Project Director in delivering interior finishes according to client specifications and timelines
Prepare and manage project documentation for smooth execution and site implementation
Work closely with creative teams on technical solutions and accurate documentation
Coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams for timely purchasing and payment processing
Degree in Interior Design / Interior Architecture or any related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior fit-out and FFE projects
Event or exhibition project experience is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (design software knowledge is a plus)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willing to travel for meetings and site visits (locally & internationally)
Possess own transport
Flexible to work extended hours when required
Excellent communication skills minimum in English, multilingual skills added advantage.
