A global leader in confectionery is seeking a Country Trade Marketing Manager to oversee the full execution of local strategies in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Trade Marketing, particularly in FMCG, and demonstrate strong analytical skills and market knowledge. This role will involve working closely with local sales teams to ensure impactful in-store execution and managing budgets.

As a Country Trade Marketing Manager, you will ensure the full execution of the local Trade Marketing strategy and support the development of respective country annual Go to Market plans. You will be able to make impact by leading successful deployment of MyPS, Touchpoints and Category management roll out via the local Country Sales team. You will also be empowered to develop capabilities and tools to drive best practice In-store Execution, Availability and Visibility and identify Channel-Category opportunities.
