We are seeking a creative and driven individual to join Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital - Community and Development Team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Hospital's fundraising and community engagement initiatives, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen community partnerships and donor support. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist to plan, prepare and manage fundraising projects or events.
• Assist to ensure projects and events meet deadline, within budget and align with organization set objectives.
• Assist to undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups.
• Represent the Team or Hospital at charity-related events (sometimes on weekends).
• Foster and maintain new network with donors, partners and volunteers.
• Assist in sriting, editing and proofreading promotional content for use across different channels.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assist in clerical, administrative and reporting tasks relating to fund-raising activities and projects.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree preferably in Graphic Design / Marketing / Communications.

1 - 2 years experience in event planning and execution.

Strong project management and organizing skills with attention to details.

Willing to work weekends and occassional extended hours during events.

Able to work under tight deadline and manage multiple events simultaneously.

Good inter-personal skills & communication (verbal & written) skiils in English &/or Mandarin.

Have own transport.

Those proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools will have an advantage.
