Job summary

Job description

Participate in user experience design for products, delivering complete interaction flows and high-fidelity UI designs.

Deeply understand user needs and translate business and product goals into effective design solutions.

Design clear, consistent, and highly usable interface systems, and ensure successful implementation.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to drive the execution of design solutions and ensure the final product experience meets design intent.

Contribute to and continuously improve design systems, guidelines, and component libraries.

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and design innovations to continuously enhance product experience.

Job Requirements

Strong execution ability, capable of efficiently producing design solutions in different directions.

At least 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with end-to-end Web and/or App product design experience.

Experience or familiarity with financial trading, digital assets, blockchain, or Web3 is a strong plus.

Proficient in Figma and related design tools, able to efficiently deliver interaction and visual design assets.

Solid understanding of user experience design methodologies, including information architecture, interaction flows, and interface layout.

Familiar with design handoff processes and has a strong sense of design fidelity and collaboration with engineering teams.

Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to independently drive design tasks and projects forward.

System-level thinking with strong attention to detail.
