Job description

We are seeking a passionate UI Designer to join our new team in Malaysia. As a core founding member, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually stunning, and consistent user interfaces for our key product lines (e.g., CRM systems, gaming platforms, e-commerce systems). You will collaborate closely with seasoned product managers, front‑end engineers, and the entire tech team, participating in the design process from scratch and directly influencing the user experience and visual brand of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual interfaces for web and mobile products, including design systems, components, icons, and animations.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate product requirements and user goals into viable visual design solutions and high‑fidelity prototypes.
• Work closely with front‑end engineers to ensure high‑fidelity implementation of designs and jointly maintain and evolve the product design system.
• Continuously optimize visual and interaction details of existing products based on user feedback, data analysis, and team input.
• Participate in design critiques, clearly articulate design rationale, and actively incorporate diverse feedback.

Requirements

• 2+ years of UI design experience for digital products, with excellent visual design skills and a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in mainstream design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and understanding of their collaboration workflow with front‑end development.
• Basic understanding of user experience, attention to how design influences user behavior, and user‑centric design thinking.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of front‑end technologies (HTML/CSS); experience in B‑end or complex system interface design; motion design skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) is required for daily collaboration on Mandarin‑language technical materials and teamwork.
