The Fulfilment team's mission is to make Grab the platform of choice for Driver Partners by supporting them efficiently on and off the road. Our design team is divided into several empowered teams focused on creating an efficient app experience, ensuring fair and transparent earnings, and maintaining a healthy supply pipeline. We focus on creating solutions that are simple and delightful for our Driver Partners to improve opportunities and efficiency to fulfil consumer orders without fail, rain or shine.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer on the ScaledOps team (Market Intelligence). Collaborate across the region with product, engineering, data science, and analytics to develop the solutions that empower our internal teams to make better, data‑driven decisions.
You’ll be innovating our marketplace intelligence capabilities: Leverage human‑centric thinking and data visualisation to impact how we observe, understand and scale the marketplace, including insight, driver‑partner performance, operations automation, AI diagnostics, smart alerts, and forecasting – elevating the daily experience of our 40M+ customers and driver‑partners across the region.
This is an onsite role in Grab Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office and reporting to Head of Design, Gfin, Geo & Fulfilment in Singapore.
Pre‑requisite Requirement: Provide your design portfolio (at least 2 completed case studies in English for the past 2 years) that showcases your contributions, the impact of your projects, and provides clear context. Highlight your end‑to‑end workflow, detailing how you move from problem discovery to launch. The case studies should be relevant to ScaledOps (Market Intelligence) working areas: dashboard designs, internal tools, or B2B web portals.
