We are looking for a Sales Planning Executive to assist the development of a activities plan that supports the field sales team to achieve their objectives.

• Responsible for the channel monthly promotions allocation and New Product launch quantity requirement. Communication of the allocations to the Commercial Control and the Field Sales Team.
• Responsible for promotion plan creation in CP&M
• Compilation and maintenance of the Long Term Space Buy and Additional Space Buy outlet list.
• Review executions in the list of outlets and recommendations for improvements to be made
• Prepare allocation of POSMs for the respective campaigns (KMA linked) with feedback from the field sales team and sales analyst to Shopper activation team.
• Communication of sampling outlets with the channel team, field sales team and the SEM during specific campaigns.
• Responsible for Key Monthly Activities planning and customized Monthly Thruput Material deck for region flawless executions.
• Support Sales Planning manager in running pre and post evaluation of key channel promotion plans.
• Support Sales Planning manager in development of the annual ICP plan (Providing sales analysis baseline, expected incremental sales and mechanics) and Joint Business plan

• Graduate with 2 years experience in Trade Marketing or Sales.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Good record of success in a field sales operations role. Understands customers and the selling process.
