Job summary
Une entreprise en Malaisie recherche un Responsable R2R pour diriger les opérations de clôture financière et optimiser les processus à travers une expertise SAP S/4HANA. Ce rôle stratégique nécessitera des compétences en leadership, en conformité et en amélioration des processus. La gestion d'une équipe d'experts et la collaboration avec diverses parties prenantes seront essentielles pour garantir le succès de l'organisation.
Qualifications
- Expérience dans la gestion R2R avec expertise en SAP.
- Connaissance des normes IFRS et des contrôles internes.
- Capacité à diriger et à former des équipes.
Responsibilities
- Diriger les opérations R2R de bout en bout, y compris la clôture financière.
- Optimiser les flux de R2R via des outils SAP.
- Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de comptabilité.

R2R Process Ownership
• Lead end-to-end R2R operations including general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, and financial close processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
• Oversee journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
SAP S/4HANA Expertise
• Leverage deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (or SAP ECC FI) to optimize R2R workflows.
• Drive automation and standardization of R2R processes using SAP tools.
• Collaborate with IT and transformation teams to implement system enhancements and resolve issues.
Compliance & Controls
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, IFRS compliance, and corporate accounting policies.
• Support internal and external audits with accurate documentation and timely responses.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants and analysts, both onshore and offshore.
• Act as the primary point of contact for business units and shared service centers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Strategic Initiatives
• Lead or support finance transformation projects, including process redesign and system integration.
• Drive KPIs such as close cycle time, automation rate, compliance rate, and stakeholder satisfaction
