Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for a passionate designer who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment, and who possesses strong creative instincts and a refined design sensibility. You will lead and support the execution of brand, packaging, and visual content for our diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design compelling branding, packaging, and graphic materials.

Collaborate closely with the design and marketing teams to execute creative strategies.

Lead design projects from ideation to completion while ensuring high quality and brand consistency.

Adapt designs across various formats and platforms, including print and digital.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams across language and cultural boundaries.

Stay informed of industry trends and apply innovative design approaches.

Requirements:

4 -7 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio in branding and packaging.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Solid understanding of the retail and commercial design landscape is advantageous.

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
