Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain in-store retail operations standards.
- Welcome customers and assist with product identification.
- Attend to customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Learn and share brand and product knowledge.
- Oversee inventory updates and weekly restocking.
- Work 6 days a week, including weekends.

Requirements
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Tamil proficiency will be an added advantage).
- Able to adapt to using outlet POS system, credit card terminals.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous retail working experience will be an added advantage.

- Attend to customers’ enquiries & complaints and able to resolve with high professionalism.
