About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the HerbaLine Global Wellness Group in Bandar Botanic, Puchong, and Sri Hartamas. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. As a key member of our culinary team, you will assist the Head Chef in all kitchen operations and help to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

What you’ll be doing
  • Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient and consistent food production
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Manage kitchen inventory and place orders for necessary supplies
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our menu offerings
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment in the kitchen
What we’re looking for
