Job summary

A leading engineering solutions provider in Shah Alam is seeking a Full-time Project Engineer. Responsibilities include project execution, documentation preparation, and client coordination. Candidates should have a Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics and good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided. The role requires multi-tasking and readiness to travel, especially to Penang, Kulim, and Kuantan.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Electronics or equivalent.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform project execution, planning, supervising and controlling project activities.
• Prepare project documentation including drawings and reports.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Attend project meetings with clients and consultants.
• Prepare bill of materials for project tendering.
• Conduct T&C and troubleshooting for electrical work.

Responsibilities

• Perform project execution, planning, supervising and controlling project activities.
• Prepare project documentation (detail engineering, drawing, report, claim sheet and any other related documents).
• Coordinate with client, subcontractor and vendors in ensuring smooth execution of projects
• Attend project meeting with client, main‑contractor and consultant.
• Prepare bill of materials for project tendering and variable order.
• Perform T&C and troubleshooting with other colleagues for electrical and control work during project T&C stage.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Diploma/ Degree in Electrical or Electronics/ Professional certificate PW1/PW2/PW4/A0/A1/A4 Certificate or other equivalent qualification.
• At least 1‑2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Fresh graduate are also welcome to apply as training and guidance will be provided from senior staff.
• Candidate must willing to travel and base in a location (Mostly Penang, Kulim, Selangor or Kuantan) to handle project after receive project task from company.
• Multi‑tasking, work independently, sense of urgency and self‑motivated person.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD software.
