- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all purchasing activities
- Collaborating with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and priorities
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or in a similar procurement role
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to evaluate options and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proficient in data entry, spreadsheet management, and procurement software
- Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a collaborative work environment
