Operation Executive Position

We are looking for motivated and highly committed Operation Executive(s) to help manage and expand a fast‑growing homestay business. Fast growth means fast promotions for the best candidates. We are proud to be the first home management partner of Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy in Kuala Lumpur.

Full‑time position.

Qualifications and Experience

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred; a Hotel Management Diploma or Degree is a plus.
• Excellent customer‑service skills; a pleasant personality and a sense of humor.
• Grammar enthusiast (Grammar Nazi) preferences appreciated.
• Knowledge of the differences between hospital and hospitality operations.
• Common sense, realistic, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to work in small, tight‑knitted teams.

• Attend to guests online and phone inquiries.
