In this full-time role based in Kuala Lumpur, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their fitness journey with us is seamless and enjoyable.

What you'll be doing
  • Responding to customer enquiries and complaints via phone, F2F, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Cold Calling, Payment Collection and Broadcasting, making appointment
  • Troubleshooting any issues and providing effective solutions
  • Providing feedback to management on customer pain points and improvement opportunities
  • Continuously learning about our products and services to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment
What we're looking for
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  • Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer inquiries
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools
