Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Asia is looking for a dedicated HR professional to spearhead recruitment drives and develop effective strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR roles, a strong passion for career development within HR, and possess problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include conducting group hiring, advising on HR-related laws, and driving performance management programs. This role emphasizes teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment.

- Spearhead recruitment drives and develop effective strategies.
- Conduct innovative group hiring to meet acquisition targets.
- Support business goals with HR intervention activities.
- Advise on HR related laws and materials.
- Identify Learning and Development gaps with Leaders.
- Drive performance management programs and facilitate career progression.
- Organize events for staff and business associates.
- Contribute to HR initiatives for system integrations and enhancements.

Spearheading recruitmentdrives by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract talents
Conduct and lead effective and innovative group hiring to achieve set talent acquisition target
Initiate HR intervention activities to support business goals positively
Keep abreast on HR related laws and materials and provide advisory to consultants and decision makers when needed
Translate business objectives into HR deliverables which will motivate higher business performances
Work closely with Leaders to identify Learning and Development gaps, program and solutions to drive excellent performance and succession planning
Drive performance management program and processes, facilitate and administer any career progression change and implementing effective SOP
Assist in organizing events for staff, business associates, etc. (eg Quarterly/Annual Company Functions, Relationship Building Activities with clients, etc)
Co-drive and contribute to the HR’s initiatives for system integrations, migrations and enhancement and supporting
Experience in hiring/recruitment/HR roles.
Strong passion to develop a career in HR, scaling career advancement and looking for a platform to excel
Independent, resourceful, self-discipline, proactive and possess strong problem solving skills.
Able to perform in a high-paced and dynamic environment to meet deadlines
Good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively with local and regional colleagues
