We are looking for an Asst. Manager/Senior Executive, Dairy Ingredient Procurement to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing business segment and to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers for dairy raw materials and related products to ensure cost‑effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain long‑term vendor partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and risks to support strategic sourcing decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and sustainability standards.

Operations

  • Oversee daily operations and supply chain activities within the dairy business, ensuring smooth end‑to‑end processes from procurement to delivery.
  • Work closely with production, quality assurance, logistics, and finance teams to align operational priorities with business needs.
  • Track and optimize inventory levels to balance supply reliability and cost efficiency.
  • Support planning, forecasting, and operational reporting to management.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, cost savings, and service levels.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Food Science, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of dairy industry experience in procurement & operations.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
