Job Overview

A well-established agribusiness group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide financial leadership, strengthen governance, and support growth initiatives across integrated operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Drive costing, margin analysis, and cost control across farming and processing operations
• Oversee statutory reporting, Bursa Malaysia compliance, and corporate governance
• Manage capital structure, financing facilities, and banking relationships
• Lead capital expenditure planning, funding initiatives, and cash flow management
• Evaluate and execute mergers, acquisition, and investment opportunities
• Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and financial systems
• Lead and develop the finance team

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Senior finance leadership experience in a public listed company
• Experience in livestock, poultry, aquaculture, agribusiness or food production
