Production Operations Leader (GMP/ISO)
Job summary
A leading manufacturing company in Klang City is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee production and facility operations. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring adherence to ISO and GMP standards. Candidates should possess a degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP and HACCP will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations and management of production emphasizing productivity and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage overall plant and factory production operations.
- Ensure production targets are met through optimum planning.
