Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in production operations, planning, inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall factory operations including various aspects.
• Ensure daily production meets quality, quantity and delivery requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance OEE, productivity and material utilization.
• Oversee equipment performance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic operational reports and participate in management meetings.
